When Intrepid Logic provides professional services, IT support, or consulting, the scope, pricing, and terms of delivery will be defined in a written agreement or invoice. All services are provided on a best-efforts basis. Intrepid Logic is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
